What does "force-end dispatch" mean?

Force End Driving

When a delivery in progress needs to be stopped, managers can manually force-end the dispatch via [Monitoring] > [In Progress]. All remaining orders will change to On Hold status and can be found under [Orders] > [Unassigned Orders]. After force-ending, the driver's location is no longer tracked.
